Help Error when starting my phone

luisbw2

Lurker
Guys I need some help with this error message:

com.google.process.location

Everytime I turn on my phone this message appears.

It would have helped to mention what phone and Android version you have. Nonetheless, if it's a recent phone/version, this should get you going:
  1. Goto Settings > Manage apps
  2. Under "All," scroll to Downloads and/or Download Manager (your device may have either or both)
  3. In order: Clear cache, Disable, Enable
Barring some other conflict or issue, it should be okay after rebooting.
Edit: If you continue to experience this error, you can also try step 3 (above) on Maps and System UI (you'll only be able to clear cache on System UI)

I got a galaxy S4 with kit kat 4.4.2.

I've already done that. It keeps showing that message. I dont know what else to do.

Help me please.

Try removing and re-entering your google account.
other than that, i think the only way around would be a factory reset

Its running stock. I think this message came out after installing some app, but dont remember what it was. I dont know what else to do. The last thing would be factory reset :(
