Esteem VS connect

The esteem is a Snapdragon S2 correct?

Connect 4G = Snapdragon S3 (Dual core 1.2 + better GPU) + more RAM = win.

How is battery life between the two? Both bad?

Of course but I get like 9 hr on my connect and like 6-7 on my esteem. The connect is worth the up date in my opinion it's fast and reliable compared to the problems the esteem had there is nothing wrong with the connect lol. (The connect Over heats alittle)

If you reference the Anuntu benchmack thread you'll see that the Connect is indeed 480x800

It is indeed 480x 840 an actual LG rep told me as well all media sources

I don't know if this helps, but all of the screenshots I have taken with my connect are 480x800.

480x800 is WVGA standard. Some site's info for the connect does say 480x840. Seems unlikely.

connect im going to change from optimus m two. played with it today at the store

I just purchased the Connect 4G on Friday and have tons of questions, battery issue, etc. I'm getting help on battery issue on another thread but did a search of 'first smartphone' on Connect forum and found your comment. I was told at store that I couldn't check out phone. Did you demo one that an employee happened to own or do stores/should stores have demos available?

I did not know that you could browse Internet while on a call on the Connect.

Was told CDMA phones could not do that.
