Help Ev-Do

I am using my droid incredible on another provider however I want to setup data on it. Do you know if I simply have to enter the program menu under ##776426 > 1xEV-DO Data Parameters and I will be able to input my username and password to get data up and running or will it have to be unlocked?

which provider? im pretty sure you have to have data provisioned by that provider in order to get it anyways.

Well I am using it outside of the US, I am trying to get my provider to setup data on it, but they are clueless...

Any help would be appreciated...
