Help Evdo Revision 0 and A

In MetroPcs Hidden Menu, CDMA Network Select, theres an EVDO Revision setting EVDO Rev0 and EVDO RevA. Whats the difference in Evdo 0 and Evdo A? what happens if i change evdo revision?
 
EVDO Rev A is faster, and all of the newer phones are Rev A. It will make streaming videos and music better then Rev 0. Usually the device is set to its better operation. You should not change those default (revision) settings.
