I use to have an adobe pdf app that let me read and store pdf files on it. Once I rooted I don't seem to have it. Is there any way to get it back? I running bamf if that makes a difference.

was it a system app? or somethin you downloaded?

there are a couple options:
1)find it in the market and redownload it.
2)restore a rom that had it. try and back it up with titanium backup, then restore it in your new rom
3)if its a system app and you arent able to do #2,you can use root explorer to go into system/app and find it(in your backup that had it,obviously), then long press and copy the file. paste it on your sd card. now when you go back to the rom where you dont have it,youll be able to navigate to it using root explorer(or any file manager) and when you press it,youll be asked if you want to install it. since items on your SD card arent touched when flashing/restoring roms,it will still be there for you to find.

*credit for #3 goes to papadroid, who described it in another thread. ive used it to transfer system and user .apks from phone to phone, and even emailed them to friends.
