Help Everything erased from my phone

WTF happened, my apps, my contacts... I pulled the battery, i think it froze or something, now i have none of my apps or contacts.... i pulled some of my contacts back with google sync, but now i cant even link them with their facebook profiles again. I try to connect them to FB profiles and it shows I have no friends .
 
I also forgot to mention when I go to my contacts >online directory > facebook> it shows all my friend but when I click on them, it says There was a connection error everytime
 
With the lack of any specifics you can't really expect any helpful responses. You could be rooted, you could be running 2.2, you might have crashed, you might have pulled the battery out of a running machine, you might need to factory reset, you might already done it: who knows!?

Personally I suspect you borked your phone by pulling out the battery and now you'll need to factory reset it.
