Help Everything force closes on restart

My Captivate was running a little slow, so I did a restart on it. Now when it tries to boot the OS, EVERYTHING force closes, and I can't use it at all. The launcher force closes, and from what I can tell, every process as well. It does this every time I reboot. I've removed the battery, etc.
Any ideas?
This is running Cognition 2.2 rom (been on it for a while, no recent changes have been made)...
Any ideas why this is happening or ways around it?
Can I select "Delete all user data" in the reboot options?

If this is still happening, you might want to consider reflashing your phone. Back up all your data/apps, use Odin One-Click to go to JF6, and then flash Cognition again.
