Root EVERYTHING SO SMALL ON SCREEN (DroidTweaker ROOT)

im in MAJOR need of some help, i downloaded droidtweaker (root), and messed up my screen resolution, i cant see or do anything after it reboots, my phone just vibrates off and on and is basically saying it wont work...i cant seem to find a solution, seems how i can't even use the phone itself to undo the problem..PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!! by the way i have Samsung vibrant 2.2 froyo
