What should I do?
Everything it just depends what I'm on not only apps.
Internet, messaging, mail, whatever will stop as I'm using it and say application"whatever" stopped unexpectedly
Actually my apps don't even stop like that
Any ideas would be very welcome

The only thing I can think of, and it's a shot in the dark, is work backwards through your recently installed apps and delete them one at a time...see if you can find the offender that way.
Worst case, back up your data and do a factory reset.
