Hello. I have my eris running Evil Eris 2.0.1, and every few hours it reboots randomly. I won't even be using the phone, it will just reboot. Is there a fix for this?

I have no idea why you are having this issue.
I have been rooted only since last Friday and have been only running EE, the same version as yours. I have no problems at all, in fact my Eris runs fantastic! Like today been off the charger for 10h 3m 1s and have 72% battery life! This has never happened! I am OC to the max.

I like EE2.0.1 but no soft keys kills it for me
Probably should post this on XDA. You will get a quicker response or see where other folks are seeing the issue.
Plus, Framework released an update for it today.
