yes folks, the time has come to move on.

my contract ended a while ago but i was still undecided as to my new phone.

i could have waited for the SGIII or the Huwai Ascend but i've taken the plunge and opted for the HTC One X.

i know it has a fixed battery and is "limited" 32GB storage but i can live with that for now.

thanks to everyone for making my Desire experience much more enjoyable that it would have been otherwise.

I'm still torn. My heart wants the 1 x, but my brain, what little there is of it says wait for the ascend. I'm an impatient bastard, and can upgrade in a week.

that's what happened to me.

i was due an upgrade in Feb but held off until now. then i got to play with a One X and i was sold.

without it i'd have been forced to ditch the Desire a lot earlier than planned. i wouldn't have reached the end of my contract, that's for sure.
