I was just wondering since Sprint is rolling out LTE in the near future and they also plan on using LTE in the 800 MHz band, if our 3D's will be able to use it since they currently do use the 800 MHz band?

When you go into the info menu by dialing *#*#4636#*#* It shows lte only on my evo v 4g. It also shows other lte/evdo/cdma. Why it that? I don't see Wimax...maybe the lte is for wimax?
i assure you the evo 3D is NOT going to be compatible with LTE advanced that sprint is offering. there are other settings in the list that are not specific to run on the 3D as well.
i am not an HTC engineer so i do not know why its listed there, but the 3D is obsolete and only runs on 3G/ wimax 4G only.

Can't really even call sprints WiMAX a 4g service..... Pathetic Verizon's and sprints 3g is faster than our WiMAX 4g in the south Carolina area at least lol
