When I go to my front facing camera on my Evo 4g, the screen is orange and black and purple and you it shows you the shapes of what your taking a picture of but you can't tell what it is. I've done soft resets with no results. Anyone have a solution???
A soft reset should have at least fix the problem. You might wanna take the phone for a replacement. That's not a normal function for a phone camera. I've never had that problem when I had my EVO 4G before.
I just barely got this phone about a week ago as a replacement for my last Evo. Since I got it it has done this, along with a black screen on the regular camera, disappearing keyboard, and shutting off when i take a picture. My last Evo hardly ever had problems.
