Root Evo 4G LTE roms will not boot

Ive been searching a awhile now to find anything related to my issue.
I rooted my phone awhile ago and I have been running ROM's ever since.
For some reason last night my phone turned off and wouldn't turn back on.
So I did a restore and it said it failed.
I went into fastboot and tried to reinstall a ROM and every ROM i've tried just boot loops at the splash screen.

I've tried CM10 CM9, Mean bean, Viper, mean rom and all of them just boot loop.

I have never had an issue even when I had my first old evo.
but now I can't get any ROM to boot.

I have been able to get MeanROM and Viper to start to install from TWRP but when it gets to the installing kernel.... it just shuts the phone off and starts boot looping.

I'm lost.
I've been trying everything I can think of since 3AM yesterday.

After 2 days of figuring out I finally got Viper rom to boot.
Wiping my phone roughly 15 times and installing ROMs probably 15-20 times and I finally got it to work.

Sorry not sure how I missed this, but viper has its own ways of wiping by using the aroma installer......there is no need to wipe via recovery.
