[Almazan187]

Greetings people of forum. I have come not to do harm but to ask a simple question. Is it possible to root an evo 4g lte without internet connection on the pc? My evo is updated to 2.13.651. My pc is Windows 7 64 bit. Thank you all.

Hi Almazan187. That's a question that you need to look in the root area for your phone to find the answer. Here is a link to that area:
Evo 4G LTE - All Things Root - Android Forums
I imagine you will find all of your options in that area. Thanks for joining Android Forums and I hope you enjoy your time here.

Hey there and welcome to Android Forums.

With my bit of htc experience, unfortunately not as the bootloader is required to be unlocked, needing pc access.
