Root evo 4g mms question

Has this happened suddenly? i.e...it worked fine before and then for no reason, stopped working?
Have you changed roms? Have you messed with the APN settings at all?
Can you browse the internet fine?
Sorry for all the questions but just needed to narrow things down a little

same rom internet works fine nothing on the phone has been mod apns still the same mms still original

For a hopefully simple fix, boot into recovery, clear cache and dalvik cache, reboot and try it again

No it is not the stock mms as the phone is flash to metropcs cashe/dav didn't help.

Just for giggles, try the messaging app that came with the rom.

Maybe I don't understand the rom you are on and the messaging app.?
I guess what I'm getting at is, try a different app to send mms. Such as GoSmsPro or Chomp to see if those work.
do you have a custome recovery?

there should be a mms script that you flash in recovery.....try that and let us know how it goes.

ok in the last 24 hours i have tried 4 diff roms even one strickly for metro
and the same thing txt are ok i can receive pix but to the life of me i can't send
so it is not in the roms but be something on the phone i check the flash to metropcs setting 3 times nothing seems wrong this is getting me LOCO

did you flash the mms script in the thread i linked to earlier?
I just wonder if your APN settings are messed up, but you can still receive pix right? hmmmm...

like i stated earlier even running roms just for metro with all the working info still can't send

in the MetroPCS Evo AOSP MMS & Web Script v4 link there is a script for sense that you want to flash. you want the first one titled:MetroPCS Sense 2.1/3.0 Hybrids MMS & Web Script v5 (if your are on mikg3.11)
this is not a rom, but a script to help with mms on metro. you just flash it in recovery. make sure to wipe dalvik cache and cache before flashing it.

well then you got me....i'm not sure what else you can do. did you flash the phone yourself?
well then you know more then me about flashing to other networks like that. but if the mms script did not work then i'm all fresh out of ideas.
THANKS for all the help no biggie i'll keep testing from time to time maybe i'll give go sms a try
