Help EVO 4G rings twice and go's 2 voice mail

What's up with this phone I can not answer the call before I can get it
out of my pocket it drops the call

try and do a soft reset. power off the phone (make sure fastboot is unchecked) then wait 30 sec and the power back up. this will clear the cache and delete in temp files. this might help and it might not. another option is a factory reset or take it in to sprint and see if they can do anything.

It's frustrating when all calls are declined
someone said it's in my pocket upside down So i put it in pocket
right side up
The phone rings I pull it out Still ringing! now turn it over BAM declined

If it rings in hand out of pocket works fine I can answer it
