Help EVO 4g video recording issues

As of lately my video recording seems to lag a lot and is very patchy. Anybody else ever have these issues. I never had them before. I am currently running Launcher Pro and my sd card and internal storage are practically maxed out. I don't know if that would affect anything. I never run gps, sync, etc in the background either.

Its lagging because you have too much crap on your phone. Too many apps clogging up memory.
