Help eVo browsers; graphics distorted when...

Hi guys, I have the evo for a weeks now. But one thing that it irks me when browsing either using dolphin hd browser the default and thats when I scroll, the pictures or grpx become distorted and when I'm when I'm scrolling. Is there a fix for this? It does bother me. Any info or suggestions would greatly appreciated.

Rooting and removing the fps cap might help.
I doubt it though.

Does it only happen while you're actually scrolling, or does it continue after you finish scrolling? Usually Android will drop the image quality of resized images (aka, almost all images when you're not zoomed to 100%) while scrolling for performance reasons.

Only happens while scrolling. Are you guys experiencing the same thing? It's not really too bad, but it looks ugly when scrolling and it's really noticeable.
