Root Evo deck 1.3 Help?

I got Evo deck 1.3d with the Mason. 15 kernal and so far I love it but I have one problem. All if the themes I download from the playstore are not fully functional such as the homescren dock that doesn't change.for example I installed an ics theme on my friends thunderbolt that was running cm7 and his dock looked like ics but mine looked normal like gingerbread and didn't change a all. Also there is no adw launcher setting in settingslike his cm7. Thanks.

Deck removed ADW from his build because he didn't want it in there so you won't see it nor its settings, only the Launcher 2. I was using this yesterday and I also downloaded the ICS theme and noticed that the dock didn't change either. I don't think it's compatible with Launcher 2, hence why it didn't change.
