Help Evo email, Task, Calendar vs. Blackberry email, task, calendar

I have a problem/question I hope this group can help with. For the folks that have come from a Blackberry you may have had this dilemma. I have 2 laptops (one for work and a personal one). During the day my BB is hooked to my work laptop when I am in the office. I only sync my todo list and my calendar on my work laptop and on my personal one I sync everything. The way it is set up I always have my contacts (w/pics attached), todo list, calendar and emails on my BB and both laptops. On my BB I have a category for work stuff and other categories for other stuff. My work calendar is a mirror image on all three units, my email, and my todo. Now on my BB I have a folder for work emails, personal emails, all my todo etc.. Sorry for being long winded
