I flashed my EVO to Boost and everything works except no 4G. It's great not having a contract

After looking at the Boost guide and knowing that you Sprint service was cancelled please take note of the following.
Mod Note: By following these instructions, you are confirming that:
1) You legally own the Evo device being flashed and the donor device.
2) Both devices have clean MEIDs (meaning the service provider has not cancelled service to the phone for any other reason than customer request).
3) You will transfer the sticker from one device to the other to ensure that the Evo has the correct MEID. A heat gun or hair dryer will make this easy.
4) You will not sell your donor phone.
Doing anything other than the four criteria above is illegal and any discussion about it will be removed.

I have an HTC Evo that I bought in 2010 from Sprint. My service has been cancelled recently due to monetary issues. I have just had my Evo flashed and have gotten another service and number with this prepaid service called Page Plus. I bought the wi-fi service with the new prepaid service but it does not work on my phone now. Says "Error Code 67/Unable to establish wireless data connection and/or Error 89."
I really want to switch to Boost, but was told that they could not flash my phone because it is a Sprint phone. Well, since it is already flashed now, am I able to get into a Boost prepaid service that will have the wi-fi data connection? Can anyone help please?

A rooted evo with a custom rom will give you the wifi you're looking for, but knowing that your Sprint service was cancelled would put the brakes on the Boost conversion to my knowledge even though it was flashed to Page Plus recently.
