Root Evo Guidance please!

I just got a brand new Evo 2 days ago and tried to root it with out luck, can someone please link me to the correct procedure or files that I need please. This is were Im at, when I turn it on it shows the white HTC Evo screen then goes black with a red triangle in it.

When I go to bootloader I have
S-on
HBOOT-2.02
RADIO-2.15.00.09.01

I have tried to root now when I go to use ADB it tells me that there is no sh file....
I dont know what to do...please help, thank you!!!

I would wait until UnrEVOked perfects their one click method on EVO's with the new hboot 2.02, but if you have a burning desire, here you go!

It sounds like that's what he already tried. I assume you didn't try unrevoked, correct (it won't work with your hboot version)? So, you're saying you can't boot into android, but you can at least get to the bootloader (a good thing)? Assuming you tried the method frenchy linked to, what step did you get to? We need a little more information.
