I was so anxious and happy to get it, but I don't have a clue. My 19 year old son is making fun of me. He says, Mom lets just trade. You don't know what you're doing. I normally have long nails. I have cut my thumb nails as short as possible. Ugh!!:eek:

You're not the first person to find out that long nails and capacitive touchscreens don't get along. They work by sensing an electrical field caused by skin rather than pressure, so the trick is to use the pads on your fingers rather than the tips. :)
