Whenever I miss a phone call/text/etc., the power to the screen just stays on...even though I have it set to go off after 30 seconds. Obviously this is a problem at night whenever I'm not around to manually turn the screen off and it just drains the battery. Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks!

Change your settings to turn off screen for 1 or 2 mins. Power off phone for 1 min. Power back on and reset to whatever length you want. Test. My screen stayed on indefinitely when I first got the Evo. Found that the problem was that the settings I put might have been erased by the update I got within an hour of activating the phone.
