Help evo issues

ok i have been having issues with my evo, i am getting system pgrade 3.29.651.5 and it reboots and tries to install, and fails to install the update and just hangs! i have to pull the battery in order to get the phone running again, any ideas?

ok maybe more info will help, this is an evo hardware version 4, with 2.2 fro yo. the update comes up as an important system update and it will download fine, it is roughly 29 megs.

With such a new phone I would drop by a sprint repair store and show them the issue it may be a corrupt file /dload
