Help EVO kickstand stuck in the "out" position

It's stuck out..... it's driving me crazy. I'm about to super glue it back down. It's like it is actually "springing" out.

Is there a fix for this?

Is this considered a warranty item???

Should I take it to Sprint, or are they going to tell me to get bent??

I'd take it back, it's worth a shot. Don't crazy glue it, that will certainly void any warranty you might have had. Good luck!

I took it into them this afternoon... $35 fix. (I don't have insurance)

They ended up replacing the whole backside... including the camera lens (not that I needed it, but it's new now)
