Evo reboots randomly?

My phone isnt a month old its the HTC EVO V 4G It is rooted S-ON running Midnight rom over clock running at 1.40 ghz never go above that to conserve battery.

I notice for no reason the phone like to randomly reboot like outta no where for no reason. while driving i bluetooth my phone to cd player and stream pandora at random times the song will stop and phone will reboot is this the rom or should I return phone and swap for a new evo 3d (evo v 4g)

any info would be great.

usually that can do with the Rom
have you tried to lower the Overclock and see if that stabilizes things?
 
1.4GHz is a very mild overclock and while that could cause instability I don't believe that's the issue. Trying lowering to stock 1.2GHz and if the reboots continue i'd suggest re-installing the ROM.
