Just got 2 HTC Evo 4g's last Thursday.
My wife's phone is having a peculiar problem. On 4 different occasions when she has a call coming in the screen is not responding to answer the call. She can push the button on the top right to get it to respond but the screen will not answer when touched.
I am having her switch out the screen protector that came with the otterbox to one of the stand alone ones.
If this is a hardware issue, is there any type of backup that will allow her to apply all her setup if she needs to get a new phone?
