Root Evo Shift No data but no error

I recently rooted my device using VISIONary+ had it temp rooted, which started to cause alot of issues so I unrooted the device, then restored to factory default. After I restored it, I am unable to connect to the internet, Gmail, Facebook, or any other web apps, even through wifi. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I do have the premium data plan, connected to a secure Wifi connection, and my voice and text services do work. What I am wondering is there a way to reflash the android software and sprint software back to the device, I have done this before, but it was for the LG Ally for Verizon.

You can use this One "zip" RUU-Back to stock - xda-developers to flash completely back to stock. I just used it myself so I could take my phone in to Sprint...worked perfect. You'll need to format your SD card to fat32.
