Help EVO Shift-picture downloads

So I updated Android maybe a week or so ago and now I can't seem to download pictures from emails anymore. I used to be able to do it but I can't find any options to do so anymore. Any ideas?

Is it just from emails or is it also in mms texts? Can you send pics through mms?

This is exactly whats happening to mine in my text messages. Someone will send me a picture and i will get the download box and then it will say "unable to download". I also now have this "EN" pop on and off on the top bar. I didnt have any of these problems before I upgraded within the past week. My facebook pics and ppl wont link either after repeated tried to link them again. It says they are all linked but the pics wont come thru.

HELP!

I will check in my email as Im not sure if I can receive them there.

So i have been on the phone for hours with customer service and there support teams. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS. They have sent me a new phone and the same thing happened, i cant get any pictures and i cant send any pictures. My internet works, my email works, facebook works but this same issue did happen to me also when i downloaded the new software update! I am crying out for help, i met someone that told me about this website and i am hoping this helps becuase the true is i am getting so mad about it i just want to close my account with sprint.


* they have asked me to go to a store to be able to have someone look at it but the nearest store from where i am is a hour and half away *

The latest update to the HTC Shift, makes it appear that you can't download photo attachments. However the truth is, that it automatically does it for you. Part of the confusion is you can no longer access the gallery from the camera itself.

go to the Gallery app, and go to your downloads folder, all of those pictures you have looked at will be there. Hope this helps some people out there. If it helps you, then please like my company on Facebook.
