Same thing happens to me but only sometimes. I made a topic about it about a week about in the troubleshooting section. seems to be random and it is still laggy after I turn 4g off. Have to restart the phone to bring it back to normal. Other people have been having this problem too but no fix as far as I know
If you install alogcat, or some other system log viewer, you will see a wimax error that pops up every two seconds. Don't remember exactly what it says but the phone is trying to create a loopback connected to port 7771 and fails. For me, it comes up if I lose my 4g connection and it won't go away unless I restart the phone with 4g off.
