Help EVO Tutorial Videos for newbie?

[designinme]

Hey there,
I have a couple of relatives who have recently purchased the EVO. They live a bit of distance away from me, and I wanted to help them get a good grip of navigating around the phone.

Is there some decent videos out there that could teach some of the basics to some non-tech savvy users?

Whenever I search "Android video tutorials" or EVO... I get a bunch of programming tutorials.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

first off what questions do they need answering? do they need BASIC ANDROID education or do they know enough of the OS and want to know more specifically about the EVO handset?

there is a help guide on the phone they should read.

also, if they want something VISUALLY, then heck ill demo the phone just for them and post it to youtube. the phone is really easy to use and understand.

youtube has a lot of videos covering the bascis of the EVO AND the android system. the HTC site and the Sprint site has basic info.

but if i can help, send me a message offline and i will do what i can...

These are good starters, in my opinion. I often find that our friends bring their Androids over and are shocked to learn about the Market.

marc - I think you're on the right track - we need more helpful YouTubes for Android. I look at our user to lurker ratios every day and it just tells me that so many people don't even know where to start.

edit and ps - found a few more vids here while looking for gingerbread rumors...
