EVO V and EVO LTE cases compatible?

I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to this from personal experience.

I'm finding a lot of case choices for the EVO 4G LTE but practically none for the EVO V 4G

Are the cases interchangeable between the two?

I would say no.

Evo 4g LTE and the Evo V have differen't thicknesses, button layouts, size, and cameras than each other. Especially since the Evo V has two cameras.

If you're looking for cases though, look for Evo 3D cases. Evo V and Evo 3D are the exact same phone, physically.

I agree. The LTE is a totally different phone; it's just of the same Evo line. In the same way that not all HTC One phones are same, all Evos are not the same. However, like goshjosh said, the 3D and the V are the same phone, at least in terms of hardware, so they have the same case. Also, ours is the V 4G, not just the 4G, so don't get a case for the Evo 4G, as it will not work.

Not sure where you have been looking, but there are tons of cases for the phone. You can search ebay for HTC Evo V 4g or HTC Evo 3D. Also Amazon, or even just Google shopping.

Just look for evo 3d cases since this phone is just a virgin 3d phone. You will find tons of cases for this phone..

The EVO V 4G is the same phone as the EVO 3D.

I ordered an Otterbox and it fits perfectly.
