EVO V and MKV video files

I was surprised to see that the Evo V was capable of playing MKV video files with the stock video player. With AC3 audio in the MKV there was no sound of course.

I downloaded Diceplayer and the AC3 audio started working, along with buttery smooth video. This is a full 1080p MKV video file with AC3 audio.

Impressive.

May be you have to encode the audio in your video file with program. Try to set it into stereo and change the bit and Hz. Not sure does that help but worth a try. There's a post under xda evo 3d has a good example, even teach you encode a 2d movie to 3d. I have already done one movie, just need to have a hand on to this bad boy.
