Help EVO WILL NoT START AFTER ROOT!

I rooted my Evo and installed a theme to it and now it says stuck on the main scree! Please Help! I just want my phone working, it doesn't matter what theme or what.

OP - FYI, in case you were unaware, typing in all caps is like yelling on the internet and makes people's eyes bleed

It kept staying in the HTC white screen.
