Help EVO Wont turn on, Start up keeps cycling

It just keeps looping. 4G screen, then HTC EVO 4G screen. Keeps looping. Tried to pull out the battery and let it sit. Holding down the power button doesn't do anything.

Any suggestions?

You'll have to reset it. Has happened to me twice.

pull the battery out. then press and hold power+vol down. there should be an option to clear storage. this will get you back to factory settings. you will loose data but at least you can get your phone back.

same thing happened to me but it still wont reboot after hard reset..

sounds like you will have to take it in to get it looked at then.
