Evo's Sense keeps restarting

Whenever I am on my homescreen for more than a couple of seconds, the green HTC shows up then I get the loading pop up while my widgets load. then if it stays there for a while again it keeps doing it.

Are you rooted? If so, do a wipe and reflash the ROM. If not, hard reset might be your best bet.

Smh.... Again? Well I got some paid apps and whole lot of others free. What's a good app for backup? I don't mind paying if its with the money.
I am not rooted.

Task killer.

I had this problem when i didn't put some app on "ignore" it would kill it and restart the home screen / service. Don't recall what it is. But if you run a task or app killer it could be that

I had to factory reset after the OTA update crushed LauncherPro and I was locked in a crash/restart loop. Fortunately, the Market remembers which apps you have paid for and I downloaded them to my reset phone. Then over to AppBrain to complete my restore. Pretty painless, considering.
