Excessive home screen icon spacing

Is it me or the 2.0 icon spacing on home screens are a bit far apart. there has to be a way to tweak that.

Yea I hate that to. I just think it was designed for larger widgets instead of actual icons.

It's this way so that when you pull out the keyboard, the same amount of icons can fit in landscape.

Personally, I think this is stupid. I would rather that there are 5 rows of icons and no landscape homescreen at all. This would make much more sense to me. There is so much lost icon/widget space!!

Agreed. I hate it too. Hell I should be able to overlap them if I want, its my phone hehe

Agree as well.. I hate that I can't really move then to wherever I want . Regardless of where I actually put them.

I like the lateral spacing of the icon on landscape view. it needs to be like so.
