Help exchange 2003 and sync on 2.2

Hey all.

I'm attempting to get my captivate connected to our exchange servers which run 2003. My issue here is that it will not connect to exchange at all when attempting to setup though the email program. When i look at the exchange server i see myself doing a log in which is success, and looking at the web site logs there is nothing in regards to a 404 or any other error...

The devices simple gives "Setup could not finish / Unable to connect server"
Any suggestions?

I'd suggest using an email client on the Captivate that better supports Exchange. This is mentioned in the Captivate FAQ:

I managed to solve the issue.

I needed to turn on outlook mobile access
