I've just bought an HTC device and I'm trying to log into my hotmail account.
I've tried using the exchange activesync app but I end up with "authorisation failed, please check your username and/or password". Now, I am POSITIVE that my details are correct, I've checked them over and over plus I've had this hotmail account for over 8 years.
Why am I getting this error? And how can I fix it?
For the record, I used the gmail app and facebook app correctly and I managed to log in to these, so it's just the exchange activesync I'm having trouble with.
