Exchange Capabilites

I come from a Blackberry and an Iphone and I think I see a missing ability I need.

1. Ability to file an email into a folder like in Outlook.
2. Ability to access my emails in my folders
3. Ability to add follow-up from an email as in Outlook.

FYI: I am using Exhange but I also noticed even my Gmail folders arent visiable.

Any help would be awesome . I see lots of possbilities with this device. But I need Corporate Exchange friendly and capable.

I'm pretty unimpressed with the Exchange support too.

Same here: Sync multiple folders or move items to a new folder.

Also can't figure out how to download more than a month.

I'm using TouchDown app for now, but surprised at how the lack of features in the mail app, unless I'm missing something.
