Help Exchange Client does not sync with Wifi

Hi All,
I am using Incredible S with 2.3.3 upgrade. My exchange mail syncs fine with 3G/GPRS connection (mobile network). When I try to do the same with Wifi, it fails. Any clues?

I am having the exact same problem, I have tried deleteing the account and starting again as advised bty HTC and our ICT support, but I'm still having no joy, how are you getting on with this, is this just a really annoying feature of the phone that I have to liev with?
