Exchange contacts issue

Two things I've noticed that are interesting, if anyone has solution or ideas of what's happening please share :
1) I've noticed that some of the contacts in outlook don't sync. Further, some of the updates on outlook don't sync either. I have noticed that all changes on the phone transfer over to outlook. All this is done to exchange support.
2)Does anyone know how to change the category within a contact. As an example I have entered a new contact on my phone but I cannot tag it as a corporate contact. That That is to say that once it's set up as a certain category I cannot change category.

Any help would be great thank you.

I am having the same problem. I looked for an employee's name last night and it was not in my Galaxy's phone book. I came in this morning and checked Outlook to find that it was listed twice in Contacts. I have encountered similar situations with only one listing in contacts that does not appear at all in the Galaxy. I don't use the calendar function enough to have found any problem yet.

Is it possible that the contact listing is in the Galaxy but misfiled? There does not appear to be a search feature that I can use to double check a missing contact.

I was going to post my issue as "Missing Outlook phone book entries"

Any solution yet?
