Exchange Email - "Amount to Synchronize"

Just got an Infuse and loving it so far, had one gripe though - seems like the maximum number of email I can sync can go back only as far as "1 month" for Exchange server email accounts.

Any suggestions on how to change this to "All emails"?

Sorry, even though I do have an Exchange account set up, I have not used it much or felt the need to see all my email. Hopefully someone else here will chip in.
