Help exchange email notification problem

I have my exchange email setup but the problem I am having is that I am not getting any new email notification lights? I have the notification setting set to "Status Bar" but it is not showing up there at all either as well as not getting me any form of notifications of getting a new email......even though I have new emails sitting there.

Any help anyone can provide would be helpful.

And yes, I have done a reset of my device and a battery pull and nothing has worked.
