I would assume so, and this is just off the top of my head but I read that the Xoom will be optimized for corporate email accounts. I have an SF Fascinate and I am on a Corp Exchance account and I have access to remote wipe. I would think it will. I will reply to this thread tomorrow with the answer.

So can anyone help with this error:

"The server requires security features that your Android device does not support"

When trying to set up my exchange access.

with all due respect you are not entirely correct. this is fully EAS ready. the company admin has remote wipe, etc to this device. i see all my folders and everything works as it should...

dont let it automatically set up.. you go in and manually set it up. for example, on the evo and prior android handsets i used, the domain was on a seperate line form the username. on honey, its domain\username. so just take time to manually enter in info... :)

My company fully supports Android, in fact I was able to sync my mail with the Epic 4g 2.1 version which didnt have the full exchange a/s policies in place like froyo does. There is something wrong with Honeycomb maybe a bug in the a/s policies. I work for a company with 42k people so we are pretty tied down but with full support for Android devices.

take a look at the image i posted. if EAS was not fully supported then how am i able to get a successful setup? the evo i use has the exact same credentials... perhaps your IT dept needs to update their server.

i understand you work for a large company.. lets just say the company i shoot film and video for has "bros." in the name and they are certainly a large corporation... no issues sir.. :)

whats also cool about the native exchange app is that it shows when my android contacts are "away" or "available". the pinch to zoom is super cool for my tired eyes... very nice app...

Yep, I tried all that. No luck. Things work fine with touchdown and the native client on my X.

do you know what version EAS your company uses? this company uses EAS SP2. this was a few months ago when i inquired and they could have updated this to add the newer features (remote wipe just came online for android devices at this company a few months ago...)

this company is heavy crackberry-centric with iphones and android quickly becoming stronger.. they also have several hundred PPC devices sprinkled... would not hurt to ask what the EAS version is. maybe befriend an IT guy if you have not done so already and let him or her test your tablet directly...

Good question, I will have to ask my IT department!

I refuse to give my company remote wipe address to my personal phone and tablet. I use the Office Outlook Web Access when necessary
