Root exchange email

So I added my work email to my phone and now it requires a stupid screen unlock. Either a pin or a password. Anybody know any way to get around that?

I ended up just setting it up as a POP account instead of exchange. lame.

I am using gmail instead. I just hate conversion mode. I miss my thunderbolt. Almost.

did you setup an exchange account with gmail?

I'm just trying to connect my work account to my phone and take advantage of the exchange syncing options without having a stupid lock screen. =[

No, I have Gmail through work so I can do either way. If no luck try the touchdown app.
