Help Exchange Email

My company has started to allow me the ability to sync my corporate email on my personal phone. I have a Note 3 on ATT, using Android 4.3. They are requiring me to use Blackberry's BES 10 system. All of the apps are installed, but the mail won't sync to my device. The icons just spin and spin. Any advice?

For Exchange email, get TouchDown app. Though $20 due to M$ licensing, well worth it and no need to mess with Sammy exchange client email app.

Company requires us to use the Blackberry connection. No exceptions.
