Help Exchange Server does not work properly

Hi,
I just bought a new Note 10.1. and i am really surrprised about problems i experience with Exchange Server connection.
I can not simple connect to my account having follwoing connections problem:

• for non ssl secured account i can somehow honnets to the server and download folder structure, but any further synchronisation tries fail with connection error

• for ssl secured account have the same problem. Certificate is recognized but connection fails

Connection to the same account with any other device (inckuding iPod) works perfectly, so I am sure everything is OK on server side.

Beside:
Why i can not choose different ssl port than 443? Sory to say but I was expecting this feature working on such business tablet.

Any experience or support on this subject?
